Deario Support

On the People tab, tap the + button to add someone. Open their profile and tap the + in the Events section to add a birthday, anniversary, or any custom date. Each event can have its own reminders.

Each event carries its own reminder lead times (for example, on the day, and 7 days before). Reminders are delivered as local notifications around 9:00 AM on the day they're due. Make sure you allow notifications when Deario asks — you can also enable them later in iOS Settings → Deario → Notifications.

First, confirm notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Deario → Notifications. Then open the event and check that at least one reminder is turned on. Annual events automatically roll forward to the next year after they pass.

Yes. Right after deleting, an Undo banner appears for a few seconds at the bottom of the screen — tap it to restore the item and its reminders. Once the banner disappears, the deletion is permanent.

All of your data stays on your device. Deario has no account system and does not upload your people, dates, notes, or photos to any server. Your data is included in your normal device backups (iCloud or computer), which are managed by Apple. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Tips are an optional way to support Deario's development. They don't unlock any extra features — everything in the app is available to everyone. Payments are handled securely by Apple; the developer never sees your payment details.

Open the Settings tab to switch between light/dark/system appearance and to choose your preferred language.
